Biography

Mark Hammer has been working in the Real Estate Industry since 1994. Educated at BCIT in the Real Estate Business Marketing Management program; he began his career selling pre-completion sales and started working as a licensed realtor in 1995.

 

Kathy Watkinson has also worked as a licensed Realtor since 1995. After the completion of her Bachelor's degree in Urban and Economic Geography she entered the industry through the UBC Commerce Department.

 

Philip Watkinson joined the team in August 2002 after completing his Bachelor's degree in Urban Geography at UBC.  He has been licensed since January 2003.  

 

Mark and Kathy have been successfully working as a team since 1995. They have been associated with RE/MAX Crest Realty (Westside) since 1996. During this time they have developed a unique team approach that guarantees your needs are handled immediately so that your home sells quickly and for top dollar.
